Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

30-Day Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

  • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (including cameras and wiring) that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.

  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges & Defects

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no cost to you.
