We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components (including cameras and wiring) that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges & Defects
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no cost to you.
